Some of the best things made at Spinato’s aren’t on the menu, they’re the lasting bonds built between our team members!

For Willie, the Heart of House Lead at our Ahwatukee location, that’s been one of the most meaningful parts of his nearly five years with Spinato’s. Over that time, coworkers have become friends, and those relationships have grown well beyond the walls of the restaurant!

Willie has also left his creative mark on our menu. He was the culinary mind behind the Monte Cristo Calzone, a limited-time creation we featured back in 2023! His creativity in the kitchen is just one of the many ways he’s contributed to Spinato’s over the years.

This November, Willie celebrates his five-year Spinaversary, and we’re grateful for everything he brings to his team, from his leadership and creativity in the Heart of House to the friendships he’s built along the way.

And, of course, we couldn’t highlight Willie without mentioning his go-to pizza: The Get Meaty!

We're opening our first West Valley restaurant, and we need more than 100 people to help us bring it to life! 🍕❤️

Opening a new Spinato's means building a new team from the ground up. The cooks making the first pizzas. The servers welcoming the first families through the doors. The bartenders learning their first regular's favorite drink. The people who will help make our Glendale restaurant feel like it's been part of the community for years.

And this time, we're doing it in Glendale on the Great Lawn next to State Farm Stadium.

We're hiring 100+ team members across all restaurant positions, and whether this is your first restaurant job or the next step in your hospitality career, we'd love to meet you.

One thing that makes working here a little different? Spinato's is 49% employee owned, which means eligible team members have the opportunity to become employee owners and have a real stake in the company they're helping build.

Training for our Glendale opening team begins September 21.

Some people don’t just work at Spinato’s, they become part of its story! 💜

For 13 years, Savannah has been a familiar face at our North Phoenix locations, building a legacy on Bell Road and 16th Street and carrying that same heart into our new home. Along the way, she’s held every front-of-house position, giving her a pretty special perspective on what it means to take care of our guests and each other.

But ask Savannah what has meant the most, and she’ll tell you about the opportunities to give back. One memory that still stands out is helping with a catering event for Luke Air Force Base, an experience which showed her that there’s more to what we do than what happens inside our four walls!

Beyond that, Savannah really loves about Spinato’s is the people behind it. She appreciates that Ken still makes time to stop by the stores, and seeing him walk through the doors is always a highlight.

Thirteen years. Every FOH position. Two Store 2 locations. And a whole lot of memories made along the way!

Savannah, thank you for everything you’ve poured into the Spinato’s family. We’re lucky to have you as part of our story!

PeachZa was never supposed to be on our taps this long. 🍑🍻

What began as a limited-time collaboration became a guest favorite, and thanks to all of you who kept ordering it, we got to keep pouring it a whole lot longer than we originally planned.

It all started with our 2025 Wizard of Za, our annual collaboration where we create a limited-time pizza and invite a local brewery to craft a beer specifically to pair with it.

Last year's pizza featured peach, and after tasting it, Hundred Mile Brewing Co.'s Head Brewer, Nick, had an idea: a Hazy IPA brewed with real peach purée that could stand alongside it.

To complement the peach, Nectaron hops from New Zealand are dry-hopped into the brew, adding vibrant layers of ripe citrus and tropical fruit. Together, they create the smooth, hazy and juicy finish that made PeachZa so memorable.

The pizza was limited-time. The beer was supposed to be, too.

But you guys liked PeachZa so much that we couldn't say goodbye just yet.

Now, after a pretty great run, it's finally time.

To Nick and our friends at Hundred Mile Brewing Company, thank you for taking one pizza and turning it into a beer our guests loved enough to keep around. And to everyone who ordered a pint, paired it with a pizza, or came back for another, thank you for giving PeachZa a longer life than we ever expected.

PeachZa will be leaving our taps soon, so consider this your final call to raise a glass with us. 🍻

Inspired by our Queen Margherita pizza, this cocktail takes some of the familiar flavors from a Spinato’s favorite and gives them an unexpected twist. Basil and tomato water meet Del Bac Whiskey, Frangelico, and a touch of simple syrup to create a smooth, savory cocktail that might just have you looking at pizza night a little differently.

It’s a little unexpected. A little adventurous. And unmistakably Spinato’s!
