Black Sparrow Music Parlor is a unique event space ideal for workshops, meetings, video shoots, office space, and special events. Black Sparrow is available for rent by the hour or by the day. This historically preserved building dates back to 1883 and is located in downtown Taylor, Texas. Black Sparrow Music Parlor was created in 2016 by owner Shannon Bagent as a live music venue open to the public.In 2023 it became available only through private rentals.

Dylan Sullivan headlines. He went from door guy to regular performer at the Comedy Store in LA before landing in Texas.

Melissa Diaz, a Bronx native by way of the New York comedy scene, features.

Robert Tabet opens and Sam Hunter hosts.

Friday, July 24 at Black Sparrow Music Parlor, downtown Taylor. Doors at 7, show at 8. Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door.
