The briskets are then slow cooked in 62 year-old horizontal brick and steel pits using post oak wood. It's melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Each and every day, we strive to provide our guests with the highest quality barbecue and sides made from the freshest ingredients and served with family courtesy in an authentic Texas dining atmosphere.
