We heard there was some confusion about if we were a vegan restaurant or not.. so we thought we’d clear this up the easiest way we know how…
Introducing, the special of the week
THE MEAT MOUNTAIN
We started it all off with a maple bacon buttermilk biscuit, we spread on a little bacon jam, and right between those sweet biscuit cheeks, we added thick cut brown sugar pork belly, honey ham, applewood smoked bacon, a pork sausage patty, cheddar cheese, and sharp white cheddar cheese, and of course it wouldn’t be complete without an egg. Does it stop there? You wish. If we stopped there and somebody might still get confused and think that we’re a vegan restaurant. We invited a bacon sausage country gravy so we could make it a real sausage party. You can dip your sandwich or throw it right over the top to make those perfect snowy slopes on that gigantic meat mountain.
The sandwich will be available starting Thursday and through the week until it’s gone
No modifications whatsoever.. no, there’s no vegetarian substitution.
And just in case it wasn’t clear, we are absolutely not a vegan restaurant. On the contrary actually… there actually isn’t even a single vegan item that we sell. If this bothers you, I’m sorry, but instead of demanding that spots who specialize in certain products make menu items available that cater to your specific diet, we suggest patronizing the places that specialize in the specific items that cater to your dietary preference. There are a lot of great specialty vegan joints in the area. I hear folks say that there aren’t enough vegan places, but if y’all dont support those spots, they won’t have the business to stick around, and then there will be even less. I’d rather you go support the specialty diet spots that want your support. They’re better at what they do than I am.
