Super rare potential gig that we have quite literally only ever hired for once in the last 3 years 😅
Dante and I are headed out on baby leave soon and looking for someone Part Time to join our crew working counter/FOH and filling in where needed

Duties include:
Being cool and handling customers
Taking orders, managing flow
Making drinks
expo food when necessary
Bar and drink prep work
Managing keeping the FOH tidy during service
Keeping my plants alive
All standard counter duties

Added bonus points if you feel hella confident taking videos for reels and photos of specials

Tbh, I’m about to just stop posting specials. We can go old school. You wanna know what we got? Come in 😅
This is especially a problem because us being out of a flavor will legit ruin someone’s whole experience and demeanor and there ain’t nothing we can do to remedy it for them.
Im not talking about the folks that get a little disappointed, I’m talking about the ones who it’s the end of the world for, and please know, if this was a limited small faction of the time, I wouldn’t be making this post.

This is happening A LOT.

I update the IG when things sell out, we tell yall it’s limited, what is the solution here that doesn’t involve baking more? Truly

And one more thing, the crew are all real people who deserve to be treated as such. Not just by yall, but by me as well which means that they will never be told to shut up and take it from a bad customer. I know for a fact they come in every day and give their all, I’ve known and worked with some of these folks for 6+ years. If someone is an unsavory to a certain degree, they will 100% match that energy and idgaf how that makes anyone feel. You don’t get to be a 🍆 to someone because you didn’t get the limited special cheesecake or for any reason.
There are times where we drop the ball, and trust I’ll eat dirt over that and admit that when it happens. There may be times when we are in the wrong. But 99.999% of the time, if you’re getting bad customer service here, you may just be a bad customer.

This sentiment carries over into many other aspects of this industry, and I know you industry folks are out there nodding along. Somethings been in the air lately and I’m over it lol.

It’s supposed to be hot this weekend so we busted out some super limited Unicorn Blood slushy 🦄 and some new Ice Pops

What is Unicorn Blood? Idk it’s like cherry pina colada but with glitter and way too much natural food color added because Dante doesn’t understand color theory or the fact that naturally derived colors have a completely different pigment 😂

We have quietly been doing a crew bonding thing where we all keep track of how many burgers we’ve eaten this year. So far has eaten 59..

this week we’ve got a breakfast burger for you

Local beef patty, American cheese, bacon, easy egg seasoned with gravy salt, fried egg aioli, and a sriracha maple syrup. All on a buttermilk biscuit
