NEW SPECIAL ALERT: THE PORK BUTT-ER BURGER!

Wisconsin knows a thing or two about a good smashed burger...
…but we're a BBQ joint, so we decided to do things a little differently.

Instead of ground beef, we took our slow-smoked pulled pork, smashed it on the flat top until the edges got crispy and caramelized, topped it with melted American cheese, mustard BBQ sauce, and pickles, then served it on a toasted bun.

One of these Saturdays, I'm going to get my rib predictions right. Apparently, this Saturday was NOT that Saturday.
So once again, we're having a little Rib Flash Sale because I somehow managed to smoke enough ribs to feed a small army.
