READY TO PICK UP CLEANSES!

Looking to do a gut reset and improve your overall health? Our Healthy Gut, Happy Gut cleanse has been redesigned to fit your needs!

The 3 Day Cleanse includes:
(12) 16-ounce juices (you can customize your flavor preferences based on inventory)
(12) shot servings
16 ounces of kombucha
Insulated cooler bag

This cleanse is not food prohibitive, but it is pizza prohibitive. We recommend eating if you're hungry, but stick to whole, non-processed foods. You must get your juices and shots in daily! Contact us if you have questions or stop in to build your cleanse!

Pro Tips from past customers:
*One glass of water with your morning shots
*Drink a bottle of juice an hour before each mealtime to determine if you'll be hungry or not
*Drink the fourth bottle as a midafternoon snack or post dinner dessert
*Hydrators are recommended earlier in the day to boost energy
*Detoxifiers are recommended later in the day to help lower blood pressure and prepare the body for sleep
