Business Insight for This Week: Together We Stand

Being an entrepreneur means taking a leap of faith, but the truth is—you cannot build everything alone.

You are only as strong as the team you are building around you. There comes a point in business when growth requires you to trust other people with pieces of the vision you worked so hard to create.

Does everyone deserve access to your gift, your brand, or your vision? Absolutely not. Discernment still matters.

But building something bigger than yourself sometimes means taking calculated risks, developing the right people, delegating responsibility, and trusting others to help carry the vision forward.

Yesterday was a BIG day for Lady Dee’s Kitchen! 💛✨

Not only did we have the honor of catering a beautiful wedding, but we also had the privilege of catering a community baby shower. 🍼💛Parents In Need "PIN" of the Peninsula

I’ll be honest—when I originally agreed to cater the baby shower months ago, the wedding had not even been booked yet. Once the wedding was booked for the same day, I remember thinking, “Lord, how am I going to make this work?” 🙏🏽

But God! 🙌🏽

He reminded me that what He has called me to do, He will give me the strength, resources, and people to accomplish.

God has blessed me to be a blessing to others.

Giving back to my community is something I have made sure remains a part of Lady Dee’s Kitchen. For me, this business is about more than food. It’s about serving people, creating experiences, showing up when I’m needed, and using the gifts God gave me to pour back into others.

Yesterday was a reminder that sometimes the assignment looks bigger than you—but God is bigger than the assignment. 💛

Two events. One day. A whole lot of preparation, prayer, teamwork, and faith. And God allowed us to do BOTH! 🙏🏽✨
