Last night, we gathered to celebrate AJ’s heavenly birthday with a beautiful four-course cocktail dinner created in his honor. 🤍

Each course was inspired by AJ — his specialties, some of his favorite drinks and foods, and ideas and specials he had created in the past. It was such a meaningful and beautiful way to celebrate his life, his creativity, and the impact he had on so many of us.

A heartfelt thank-you to my staff for executing such a beautiful dinner, to Alex and Briona for creating the most delicious drinks, and to Chef Chris for elevating the food menu and bringing AJ’s ideas to life. Your hard work, creativity, and dedication made the evening truly special.

We’re so thankful for all of the friends and family who came together to share this special evening with us. It truly meant so much to honor AJ surrounded by the people who loved him.

A Celebration of AJ

Join us on Wednesday, September 23rd at 7:00 PM in our Speakeasy as we celebrate The Heavenly birthday of our dear friend and chef, AJ, who was a special part of the Fin & Tonic family.

We’d love for you to join us for a beautiful four-course cocktail dinner, featuring food pairings inspired by some of the dishes AJ specialized in during his time at Fin & Tonic, along with cocktails inspired by some of his favorites.

It will be an evening filled with great food, creative cocktails, stories, laughter, and a celebration of someone who meant so much to our restaurant family.
