This dear guest first met us years ago at our first location, Stillwater Tea House at the Townsend. She tried Snowflake, one of our favorite locally-blended dessert teas with flavors of sweet almond and coconut.

Recently, she joined us with her daughter at Stillwater Tea House at Rose Cottage to purchase that blend again. We were so excited to learn that her first experience with us all those years ago began her love of tea! ☕️🥰🫖

For the third course of our Paddington tasting, we served a Gouda, Gruyère, and Goat Cheese Quiche with fresh herbs on a flaky short crust. We then paired it with London Fog tea. We think the Brown family would approve!
