For 14 incredible years, we’ve had the privilege of touching lives, creating countless memories, and sharing our passion for food and creativity. The friendships we’ve formed and the trust our clients placed in us during life’s biggest events have been truly humbling.
As we face unforeseen personal circumstances, we’ve made this tough decision. As we prepare to close the door, my heart is filled with gratitude for every memory made with friends, fellow food-truckers, and the hospitality community.
Our mission was to bring local, honest, seasonal street food to South Florida, inspired by my Vermont roots. Thanks to your support, we connected people with local farms, fisheries, and businesses—and for that, we are profoundly thankful.
Though this chapter ends, Chef Matthew will still continue to offer private catering, bringing our love of food into homes and special venues.
