Our Pear & Sage Sour has earned a spot on several seasonal menus in a row and once you try it, you’ll know why 🍐🍎

For fall, we’re give this longtime favorite a little seasonal twist. We keep the Apple Pear-Infused Gin, bright lemon, and fragrant sage you know and love, but swapping our usual honey for Spiced Honey to bring a little autumn warmth to every sip.

White Out plans start with a table at Barrel 21. 🤍🍸

Friday reservations are nearly full, but there’s still time to make us part of your Saturday! We open at noon, so reserve a table for lunch, an early dinner, and cocktails before the 7:30pm kickoff. Plus, we’re open until 11pm Saturday, too—stop by for an after-game nightcap if your evening brings you back our way.

And Sunday? Let’s make it brunch. Gather your crew and reserve a table before heading home—or simply keep the weekend going a little longer.

October is Rock & Rye month at Barrel 21, and today’s distillery agenda looked suspiciously like a witch’s shopping list. 🧙‍♀️🍊

Oranges, pineapples, and lemons were on the chopping block (literally), joining cloves, horehound, and cinnamon for a little seasonal magic. ✨

Now comes the hard part: patience. A few weeks of infusing while all those fruity, spicy flavors get acquainted, and our Rock & Rye will be ready for her annual grand entrance! 🥃🍂

It may not look like the White Russian you know, but one sip and you’ll forgive the wardrobe change. 🤎

Our Cinnamon Vanilla White Russian starts with B21 marshmallow-infused vodka and B21 espresso liqueur, shaken with vanilla-cinnamon cream and homemade graham cracker syrup. Creamy, coffee-forward, a little cinnamon-y, and absolutely delectable.

Saturdays need a spritz. ✨🍂

Meet the Autumn Spritz — B21 Gin, elderflower liqueur, pomegranate, and spiced honey, topped with Prosecco and sparkling soda, then finished with a cinnamon sugar rim.

It’s bright and bubbly with juicy pomegranate, soft floral notes, warm spice, and just enough honeyed sweetness. The floating apples add one more layer of crisp, orchard-y fall goodness with every sip. 🍎🥂

And we’re open until 11pm tonight, so you have plenty of time to fit one in.
