🚨 NOW HIRING: RESTAURANT LEAD / MANAGEMENT 🚨
Pizza Marie is growing, and I’m looking for the right person to become an important part of our leadership team.
This is not just a “work the register and make pizza” position.
I’m looking for someone who can help lead a shift, support the team, follow our systems, solve problems, and make sure the restaurant is being run the way it should be — even when I’m not standing there.
The person I’m looking for is someone who:
❤️ Is dependable and shows up when they say they will
🍕 Works hard and stays productive without needing constant reminders
✅ Can follow written systems, checklists, recipes, and procedures
👥 Is comfortable giving respectful direction and holding people accountable
🧠 Can recognize what needs to be done and prioritize correctly during a busy shift
🙌 Helps the team instead of just telling everyone else what to do
🗣 Communicates clearly and respectfully with employees and customers
✔️ Follows through and makes sure jobs are actually finished
🔥 Understands that customers and food come first during service
💡 Can solve everyday problems and use good judgment
📋 Is organized and willing to learn how we run Pizza Marie
🌱 Wants an opportunity to grow into more responsibility and management
Restaurant experience is definitely helpful, but I am just as interested in finding someone with strong leadership ability, good judgment, reliability, and the willingness to learn.
We now have a much more organized operating system in place, so you won’t be walking into a restaurant where you’re expected to just “figure everything out.” We have clear expectations, training, written procedures, and opportunities to advance as you learn and prove what you can handle.
This position can grow into:
Opening/Closing Lead → Person in Charge → Assistant Manager → Restaurant Manager
