13 years ago today, July 5th, Eric and I had the opportunity to make one of his dreams come true. We opened a hole in the wall restaurant on a “make-it-happen” budget with ALMOST everything we needed. (IYKYK 🤣🤣) Throughout these 13 years, we have had so many people pass thru our doors. Some have become permanent faces in our day to day, some come visit when they’re in the area, and some have become friends and family. We have watched “littles” grow up to be pretty cool “bigs”. We have laughed at and with each other. We have celebrated big and small accomplishments together. We have mourned losses with each other.
From the Es and the Js in our household we want to say thank you! Thank you to those that have taken this journey with us and continue to support our dreams. Thank you for welcoming us into your lives and community. Thank you for the laughs and the love! Eric, Joy (Nicky), Joshua, and Ethan ❤️ ❤️
