Back to the beginning.

We opened June 28, 2019, so this month we're taking a trip down memory lane. It was pretty clear early on that we were on to something special. We knew this corner of Botanical Heights was special and so was our team. We had a clear vision for defining our food on our terms. Not just one cuisine or one perspective, but our love letter to our favorite Southeast Asian flavors.

The team continue to build on that every day & we couldn't be more grateful for the community that continues to support us.

If you've dined with us over the last six years, you've experienced Hana's work. From shaping dishes and mentoring our team to helping define what iNDO looks and feels like today, she's been a part of this restaurant from the very beginning.

There isn't iNDO without Hana, and we're more excited than ever to have her help lead what comes next.
