Cowboy Night Market takes over the patio every Wednesday with firing up the grill and a new lineup of dishes to try each week.

And a little hot tip: come after 8pm. The early rush starts to settle, the patio lights come on, and the whole thing starts to feel a little more like a night market in Thailand. It also happens to be Nick’s favorite time to be out there cooking.

Prawn Chip + Dip, Trashed Gyoza, Salmon Avocado Bowl, Chef’s Choice Chirashi, Chili Garlic Noodles, plus $8 sake and $10 highballs.
