On this episode of “What Counts as a Starch?” We get together with our good friends and soon to be neighbors at Bluewood Brewing to brew up a Rice L***r. Not just any rice l***r though. A rice l***r with very very many ramen noodle packets.

“LOFI w/ Rice” is brewed carefully and thoughtfully with Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. Pilsner Malt, Brown Rice, Cara malts and ramen noodles. This b**r was also hopped sparingly (and at times individually) with Tettnanger and Saaz.

Wrapping up the brew day we stuffed some G&W Bavarian Style Sausage Co. brats into the hot mash to cook for some lunch time Treberwurst. 🌭
