A little look at what’s been coming out of the Gateway Grub kitchen for my community partnership work. This week I made a Pepperoni Reuben Bake: marbled rye, pepperoni, artichokes, Swiss cheese and a creamy Dijon custard baked until golden.

I’ve been cooking alongside Marty’s community effort since June and I’m glad to bring what I do to the table. Good food gives us one more reason to gather and connect. ❤️
