🌧️ WEATHER UPDATE — EVENT CANCELED 🌧️
Unfortunately, due to the weather, tomorrow’s Murphy Hollow Pumpkin Patch event has been canceled.
We were really looking forward to serving everyone, especially with Papa’s Sampler Special, but the safety of the families, vendors, and everyone involved comes first.
Thank you to Murphy Hollow and to everyone who was planning to come see us. We appreciate your support more than you know! ❤️
We’ll get the smokers fired back up soon, so keep following Smoking with Papa BBQ for our next location.

YES — THAT’S REALLY OUR BBQ! 🔥
We’ve had a few people ask if our food photos are AI-generated. They are not. Every food photo you see was taken with our own camera of food we actually prepared.
We do use AI to help us design the flyers and arrange the photos because, well… Papa can cook, but Papa ain’t an artist! 😂
What you see in these pictures is exactly how we prepare and serve our food.
REAL BBQ. REAL PHOTOS. REAL SMOKE. REAL FLAVOR.

This one’s a little different from our normal BBQ posts — but it’s a pretty special one for our family. ❤️

All spring and summer, so many of y’all supported Smoking with Papa BBQ, came out to see us, grabbed some BBQ, and dropped tips in the jar.

Those tips had a purpose.

They were helping us give the grandkids something they’ll remember for a long, long time — a family trip to Walt Disney World. 🏰✨

Now the trip is getting close, and the Disney prep has officially started!

In our newest YouTube video, Meghan, KateLynn and Bubba are making custom stroller flags so we can spot our stroller quickly in those huge Disney stroller parking areas.

It may not be brisket, ribs or sausage… but it IS part of the Smoking with Papa BBQ story.

Because this trip is something y’all helped make possible.

We’ve created a Disney World 2026 playlist on our YouTube channel so you can follow along from the trip prep all the way through the adventure itself.

If you’ve supported Papa this spring and summer — whether you bought a plate, left a tip, shared a post, or just cheered us on — we hope you’ll follow along and see where all that love is taking this family. ❤️

From our family to yours — thank you.

Y’all didn’t just support a small BBQ business.

You helped make memories for the grandkids.

Welcome to our channel! We’re excited to share our passion for RV (motorhome) travel and delicious cooking, especially smoking BBQ! Join us as we explore together as a family. You’ll discover fun DIY tips and mouthwatering recipes that we can’t wait to share with you!
