We visited Que’d up 615 last night for dinner with several other couples. We had appetizers, wings and entrees.

The smoked/fried chicken wing were GREAT 8.5/10.

The brisket was very good at a 7.5/10.

The pulled pork was mildly flavorful, subtle smoke but rather dry 6/10. The bbq sauce, vinegar based and on the thinner side was a great balance of flavor 8/10.

The setting of the joint was very nice. There was live music that was pretty good, say "Country Creed" vibes. I purchased 2 seasonings and they had several others for sale along with sauces. Previously won awards on the walls which many were TN local events.

The servers were attentive helpful and took great care of us 8/10.

All in all, we will go back to Que'd Up 615.

Little heat, little sweet, little smoke and little whiskey. You can taste all of it!!!!
A touch dry but it's a pork loin and I need more practice before the competition.
