We specialize in Italian cuisine the way Springfield likes it, using quality ingredients imported from Italy when possible. Mind blowing pasta dishes, Italian cheeses, beautifully sautéed shrimp, your gonna love it!

The table is set, and one of our favorite dishes is on the menu: Spaghetti alla Puttanesca. It's a coastal italian dish made with tomatoes, capers, roasted garlic olive oil red onions and finished with lemon infused olive oil and Calabrian peppers served over perfectly cooked spaghetti.
