This gorgeous weather has me motivated to do a BIG OLE Southern Seafood Boil. I pulled some example photos from google and some previous pictures I took from nights I offered Froglegs and Crablegs . Everything you see in the photos would be offered . Ofcourse I would offer our regular menu that day to ensure non seafood lovers and kiddos would have something as well . I have always pre sold tickets on the past to make sure I do not get stuck we a bunch of expensive food . Tickets would range from $40-$80 depending on which you would want. Thursday night Specials are Chicken N Dumplings , Goulash. We have catfish , burgers and chicken along with all of our regular sides as well.
I am working so hard to get Tuesday and Wednesday nights built up to where they need to be. Those 2 days have been dreadful since the beginning . I would hate to pull the plug on them . So yall please come pile in tonight . Also please leave in the comments what you would like to see offered on those nights and I’ll make it happen .

Mornin ya’ll , I just wanted to hop on here real quick and give some Egg-ucation🤓🤓🤣White and Yellow Runny=Over Easy
Yellow Runny and Whites Done= Over Med
Yellow Done and White Done =Over Hard
Whites Done / Yellow Runny not flipped = Sunnyside Up. Whisking eggs together and fully cooked with end result yellow with a hint of white = Scrambled . Poached Eggs are boiled in water till whites are done and yellow runny . Boiled egg is boiled till white and yellow done and not runny . Hope this helps many folks out there on your next egg order . I hope ya’ll have a blessed and most Eggsellent day ❤️✌🏻🐓

Hey guys and gals we are about to hit the
6 month mark in this journey . It’s been an amazing and crazy roller coaster but we love the ride . This weekend and next weekend will determine if we will continue to offer breakfast on the weekend . So if yall love the homemade from scratch biscuits and gravy please come out Saturday and Sunday .
❤️✌🏻🐓 Saturdays Lunch Specials will be Goulash , Italian Stuffed Tortellini Soup, Loaded Red Potato Soup and so much more. We will always have Catfish , Burgers and Tenders along with all of our veggies .

Hey ya’ll since we are short staffed and having such a slow weekend , I am going to call it a day and go home to print out coupons and menus and head to the fair where the rest of the town will most likely be and hand them out . I think this would be a great opportunity to get everyone aware of us being here. So many people still have no clue we are here . Thank ya’ll so much for the support and patience . We want to grow and can’t wait for all of the pieces to fall into place .
