We’re not gonna lie the past few weeks have not been so easy with the move and things just not going according to plan, but today was a good day.

Our services were fixed after over a month of delays, so our phone is FINALLY working, but that’s not the best part.

The best…….We got our first 2026 delivery! This is the stuff that keeps me happy. Getting the opportunity to work with other farmers and their beautiful produce is the best part of my job. NOTHING tastes better than fresh local fruits and vegetables, grown with love, by people who care about the land. Pictured is Tokyo Bekana. I’m not sure what we will craft from it yet but we know one thing it is going to taste delicious.

Lots of fresh sorbets and ice creams this week, , rolling out a couple new veggie dishes, caramel apple cinnamon rolls will roll out on Saturday, plus bagels, and Jerk chicken Sundays.

Thank you for the support as we navigate all the new things and settle into our new home. We truly appreciate your patience. 🙏🏽💖

The best news for a Monday;
#1 we are now carrying our friends and neighbors chips and will have their tortillas soon! We couldn’t be happier to not only support a local business, but support a local business that also supports other local businesses and small farmers.
#2 we are now open 5 days a week and on Mondays!! Extended hours will start in a couple weeks.

Fried plant-in, a staple for me growing up in the Caribbean. In Jamaica, we pronounce plantain as “plan-tin”. These caramelized pieces of amazingness are made to order. Pan fried in coconut oil the way heaven intended them.

Our current savory menu for the next couple weeks is in the photos. We will also have daily specials that pop up. The ice cream cabinet is also popping up with all kinds of new flavors.

We had the honor of participating in the fundraiser this past Saturday.

It started out with me working with one of my favorites chèvre and turning it into ice cream. It was absolutely the most exceptional and decadent thing, especially after I added pear sorbet as the ripple.

Then I got the opportunity to bake with some of my favorite bakers , , . Special thanks to for the special rye delivery and to for always being the best and having the most beautiful kitchen in all of the River Valley.

It was a very warm day, but the chefs did an exceptional job showcasing all of their dishes and the beautiful produce from local farms. We left full of hope, new friends, and faith for the future of farming.
