We love our neighbors Synergy Herbal Works! How cool is it to have Tennessee’s best apothecary right next door?! We couldn’t have dreamed of a better occupant for our next door neighbor. 💕

The refreshing summer drink you didn’t know you needed 🍋

Cold brew and lemonade is a combo you probably think is weird, but this amalgamation of flavors is so refreshing in this summer heat! Traditionally called a Mazagran, this drink originates back to the 1840’s in Algeria, as French soldiers at the time also used this cold drink as a way to combat the heat.

Try one today and you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

We cracked open this 90 pound wheel of cheese last week and it was so good! Did you know that it takes over 140 gallons of milk to make just one wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano?

Our Sparta Chamber is the best!

It’s Small Business Week—let’s make it count!

Behind every small business is a story of hard work, long hours, and a whole lot of heart. When you choose to shop local, you’re not just buying a product—you’re investing in your community and the people who make it special.

This week, challenge yourself to support small in simple ways:
✔️ Buy from a local shop
✔️ Share a business you love
✔️ Leave a positive review
✔️ Invite a friend to shop with you

It all adds up in a big way.

Shop small. Support local. Strengthen community.

Because when small businesses thrive, we all thrive.
