🍂🍔 THE AUTUMN BURGER 🍔🍂

These are the specials I love putting together the most.

One of my favorite parts of doing a constantly changing menu at Trailhead is getting the chance to flex the creative side a little bit. Take some flavors that maybe don’t immediately scream “put that on a burger” and figure out how to make the whole thing work.

And this week’s burger definitely falls into that category.

🔥 THE AUTUMN BURGER
Hand-pattied beef topped with Smoky Pumpkin Hummus, Feta, French’s Fried Onions & Fermented Hot Honey Mustard.

Smoky. Savory. Sweet. Tangy. A little funky. A little unexpected. And very much fall at Trailhead. 🍁

Menus like this are some of my favorites to create because they give me an excuse to play with food, try something different, and put something in front of you that you probably aren’t going to find everywhere else.

Hopefully y’all have as much fun eating these weird little ideas of mine as I do coming up with them. 😂

The Autumn Burger is live this week at Trailhead Grub. Come give this one a try and let me know what you think!

🍝 LET US COOK LUNCH FOR THE OFFICE! 🍝

Skip the same old sandwiches and boxed lunches. Trailhead Grub offers weekday lunch catering right here in Sparta, with plenty of options to make the workday a whole lot tastier.

Today’s office catering spread went full Italian 🇮🇹:

🍝 Creamy Tomato & Chicken Penne — baked with plenty of melted mozzarella
🥗 Caesar Salad
🥦 Garlic Butter Broccolini
🥖 Garlic Bread
🍰 Housemade Tiramisu

And Italian is just the beginning! BBQ, Southern, Hawaiian, Mexican, Mediterranean, Italian and more — we can build a menu around just about any cuisine, group size, or occasion.

Got a staff meeting, training day, employee appreciation lunch, or just want to treat the crew? Let Trailhead Grub handle the cooking. We’ll make lunch the part of the workday everybody actually looks forward to. 😎

🍂 FALL HAS OFFICIALLY HIT THE TRAILHEAD MENU! 🍂

The weather may still be trying to decide what season it is, but we’re moving on anyway. 😂 Soup is back, and this week’s specials are leaning hard into those fall flavors:

🍔 AUTUMN BURGER — House burger with smoky pumpkin hummus, feta, French’s fried onions & fermented hot honey mustard.

🥪 WALDORF HAM PANINI — Country cured ham, bread & butter sweet onions, smoked gouda & apple mayo vinaigrette on grilled sourdough.

🧀 DESIGNER GRILLED CHEESE — Fontina, mozzarella, feta, hot honey & bread & butter pickled sweet onions.

🥣 CURRIED PUMPKIN SOUP — Pumpkin, bell peppers, Jamaican yellow curry, coconut milk & a whole lot of fall comfort in a bowl.

🥚 SMOKED DEVILED EGGS — A little smoky, a little Southern, and an easy addition to whatever else you’re ordering.

Come hungry and help us officially kick off soup season at Trailhead! 🍁
