ITS OFFICIALLY FALL, COME DRINK SOME APPLES: OUR NEXT BTB w/ Ben Watts & Calvados Louis de Lauriston

In addition to having the largest number of vintages in calvados Louis de Lauriston has a limited release series of single parcel expressions. Each single barrel is bottled at proof as a pure expression of the unique micro-terroir of the individual orchard.

This calvados was distilled in 2011 in the former village of Avrilly, which was merged into Chambois in 2016. A single barrel at cask proof it is a beautiful and vibrant expression of Calvados Domfrontais at its peak, balancing brightness and freshness with age and maturity. ONLY $9.27/oz!

🚨 BREAK THE BOTTLE IS BACK 🚨 Our good friend Jared Sadoian will be here pouring Tequila Fortaleza Añejo tequila for only $6.18/oz. This rich and complex aged tequila is made from 100% stone crushed lowland agave and aged for 18 months in american oak. It is a truly magnificent, deftly aged spirit with nearly endless layers of complexity and nuance. Won’t bore you with tasting notes but as Jared likes to say “it tastes good when you drink it.” We will also be pouring a bunch of other rare and hard to find Fortaleza including the 2025 winter blend! And there might even be some Fortaleza swag to be had if you get here early!
