We have bad news and good news.
Bad news first: Unfortunately, I have made the difficult decision to sell Salted Lime. This was not a choice I made lightly, as the restaurant business has been a big part of my life for the past 23 years. While it is never easy to close one chapter and move on to the next, I feel the time has come to do so.
Our last day of service will be Friday, October 30, 2026. We ask that all guests please use any outstanding gift cards by that date.
I also want to thank everyone who has supported our team over the past eight years. It has been a pleasure serving the town of Somerville, and I look forward to continuing to serve food and drinks through our final day.
Now for the good news! Somerville, NJ, will be getting a brand-new restaurant in our place! I wish the new owners the best of luck, and it sounds like they have something fun and exciting planned for the community.
Finally, I want to thank our amazing staff, past and present, and all the guests we have had the pleasure of serving over these years. Thank you for being part of the Salted Lime journey!
