🎉🎓🎉🌟🎓🌟---ALEC---🌟🎓🌟🎉🎓🎉

When Alec started with us he was more reserved and observant. Little did we know he is an actual GENIUS! The team has fondly nicknamed him the "Parlor Sheldon" on an occasion or two. Alec can comprehend complex sciences and mathematics that the average person would never attempt. We are fairly certain Alec might be a superhuman!

On top of a high intellect, Alec is charming, upbeat, and witty. He can come up with a joke or one liner that you wouldn't expect him to say but the humor is honest and funny.

Alec is eager to serve and help where he is needed. He moves around between tasks always putting customers first. As part of our leadership team, Alec understands the responsibility that the team is called to have and he has consistently produced fantastic results. Excellent work is something this young man strives to do!

Alec is on his way to George Mason in the fall. His ultimate goal is to become a mechanical engineer. From building scoops to possibly building super computers?! His future is limitless! Alec, you're an incredible young man. We are grateful and honored to be your first employers. Congratulations to you!

🎓👩‍🎓GRADUATING CLASS OF 2026👩‍🎓🎓

🌟🎉🌟🎉🌟🎉---ANNA---🎉🌟🎉🌟🎉🌟

We remember the day Anna interviewed with us. We hadn't gotten a question or introduction out before she loudly proclaimed that she wasn't 16 yet, that she would be in a week, but she really wanted to work! We knew then she would be a fantastic addition to the team.

Anna is a powerhouse! Over the past couple of years she has flourished into a capable and strong member of our leadership team. Anna can tackle any challenge and still have a smile on her face. In customer service, that is something to be admired! She is full of patience and care not only toward her coworkers, but to everyone who walks though our doors. To her conversation comes naturally leading us to believe Anna has never met a stranger!

Anna is magnetic, bright and confident. We know she can (and will!) do anything she sets her mind to. We are so proud of you and the woman you are becoming, Anna! We know we wouldn't be successful without your heart and dedication to the job. Congratulations to you!

We turn 44 today!

Marc and I are grateful and honored to carry the torch of this Downtown Smithfield staple. We couldn't have done this without continued community support. You all coming in with smiles on your faces makes this a truly joyful ownership experience.

And our team?! We would be nothing without their hard work! So many personalities working towards a common goal: service that goes above and beyond! We are so proud of them all.

Let's look forward to a fantastic summer and another year of serving up your favorite eats and treats!

Tender pork, creamy Mexican street corn, spicy jalapeno slices and pepperjack cheese... mmmMMmm... It is everything you didn't know you needed!

If sauce is more your thing, we are bringing back our Texas style chicken bbq. Always a hit and just in time for summer!

🐷What a great turn out for the GoHam 5k at Windsor Castle Park! We were amazed at how fast some of the runners made it to the finish line!

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️There were some personal bests and LOTS of personality!

Shoutout to Smithfield Fit Body Boot Camp for hosting such an awesome fun-run event. 🩷🩷
