Hello everyone, I just want to post my latest cake I made for a very special 90 something yr old😉. She loves Black Forest Cake so I made one with a rich chocolate cake with several layers of homemade whipped icing, black cherries and chocolate drizzle topped with more whipped icing and a chocolate dripped top with chocolate shavings. And I added some special gold dust for the special lady she is. Thank you Bruce for allowing me to be part of this very special event.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! I just want to throw out a "LAST CALL" for Dessert Breads like Zucchini, Pumpkin, Banana or Carrot breads, Pies like Apple, Cherry, Pumpkin or Pecan pies and Morning of Muffins like Blueberry, Pumpkin, Carrot, Banana and Chocolate Chip muffins.

My son in law Robert retired from the Army with a total of 24 years in the military. I made this cake for his celebration. It’s a half sheet cake. Half chocolate half yellow. It is decorated with buttercream icing with an edible image of his actual DD214 on one side.

Hi everyone! I made this fun but trying cake for a repeat customer of mine. Its a Pooh Bear themed chocolate cake layered with a Bavarian cream filling, And a buttercream icing with a tint of honey and the tree moss is an edible home made recipe.
