‼️Update‼️

Keeping in line with our seasons changing, so is our menu. We are excited to introduce some bold new flavors from my roots and the cuisine that helped launch my career!!!

We kept the name of our truck vague for a reason, so as to not be tied to one particular concept or idea. As we launch the new menu I wanted to name each one to better stream line roll outs. And so customers who hire us for catering can choose what menu they want by the menu title.

We started out with “Toasted Subs and Loaded Spuds” and have landed on a name for the summer menu……🥁🥁🥁
We are calling it the “Yaki Fuego” menu.

Though the ingredients are different, our mission stays the same. To honor God and to serve others (delicious food 😉) as we continue to feed more than hunger!!

What an incredible weekend Jenks truly delivered!!! The turn out was phenomenal and the community's energy was absolutely fantastic. As always, we were thrilled to meet some truly amazing food truck owners. But the real magic happened thanks to my team! I may have came up with the menu, but they brought it to life with flawless ex*****on. For two of them, this was their first job, and I'm beaming with pride over their remarkable growth. With our items made from scratch, they had to learn new skills quickly, and they rose to the challenge with flying colors. As we continue to grow, we're shaking things up we love toasted subs and loaded spuds but we are developing a new summer menu starting on the first day of summer, so stay tuned to our socials for exciting updates as we develop and bring new offerings to the community.

Oh I almost forgot and to top it all off we took home first place in the people’s choice at the Jenks food truck festival!!!!!!!
