Welcome to a new week! The weather is looking beautiful, and we’ve got two chances to grab Lumberjack WoodFired Pizza this week!

THURSDAY | 11:00 AM–1:30 PM
We’ll be downtown Shawnee at Finley & Cook on Broadway. If you’re downtown and need a good lunch, come grab a pizza! If you’re in a hurry, feel free to text or message us ahead of time with your order.

FRIDAY | 5:00–8:00 PM
We’re excited to be back for the Relay for Life food truck fundraiser at First United Bank on Harrison!
There should be six or seven food trucks joining us, so come hungry, grab some great food, and support a great cause.

A huge thank you to Jana and everyone with Relay for Life for having us back and for all the hard work they put into these events. We’re always happy to be a part of it!

We just want to say how much we enjoyed being part of yesterday’s Shawnee Fall Festival. Despite the weather, it ended up being our biggest day of 2026, and seeing so many familiar faces come out meant a lot to us. 🥰🥰

It wasn’t the prettiest day, but seeing families making memories and having a good time was pretty special. We’re glad we got to be a small part of it.

stayed busy most of the day, especially after the crazy week we had preparing for the festival. We truly appreciate everyone who stopped by and continues to support our little food truck, along with everyone who worked behind the scenes to make the event happen.

We’ll be back Friday night for the Relay for Life fundraiser at First United Bank on Harrison from 5–8 PM. Lots of great food and a great cause. Hope to see you there! 🪵🪓🔥🍕

Where can you find Lumberjack WoodFired Pizza set up tomorrow from 12–8 PM?

We’ve been BUSY getting ready! We’ve prepped yesterday and today and made the most dough we’ve ever prepared for an event, because we want to be ready for y’all! We’re expecting a busy day and want to make sure we have plenty of pizza to go around.

And we’ve got an extra Lumberjack on the team tomorrow! My sister is joining us, so we’ll have a 3-person crew instead of our usual 2. That means we’ll be able to crank out even more pizzas and keep those oven flames rolling all day long!

We’ll have pizzas, cannoli, and cold drinks for you to enjoy!

We’re ready for y’all!

🍕🔥 IT’S NATIONAL PIZZA MONTH! 🔥🍕

And what better way to kick it off than with one of the biggest days of the year for Lumberjack!

We’re staying busy today and tomorrow getting everything ready for the Shawnee Fall Festival this Saturday from 12–8 PM! There’s going to be a TON happening throughout the festival, and we’ll be serving up wood-fired pizza all day!

It’s been a day! 😅

We took the day off today for our yearly state fire marshal inspection in Edmond. Everything is taken care of there, but this year they added a new $150 inspection fee.

Then, on the way home, I got a flat tire that unfortunately isn’t repairable. 🙃

Send some positive vibes our way! Food trucks are really taking a beating right now between inflation, gas prices, propane, and new state fees. Every little unexpected expense adds up when you’re a small business.

We’ll keep pushing forward and doing what we can to keep Lumberjack WoodFired Pizza going.

Besides the Fall Festival this week, we already have two chances to grab Lumberjack pizza next week!

🍕 Thursday: Finley & Cook Downtown Shawnee, 11:00 AM–1:30 PM

🍕 Friday night: We’re super excited to be back for the Relay for Life fundraiser! There will be a lot of different food trucks from around the Shawnee area, so there will be something for everyone to eat! 5-8pm First United Bank - Shawnee Harrison

Last time, we sold out in under an hour and a half. This time, we’re prepping enough pizza to keep going a lot longer!

There’s a LOT going on in Shawnee this Saturday, October 3rd! If you’re still trying to decide what to do, here’s a little more information about Fall Fest!

Fall Fest will be at Woodland Veterans Park in downtown Shawnee, with activities, entertainment, giveaways, music, and plenty to see and do.

And the best part? Everything at the festival is FREE! The only thing you’ll pay for is food or drinks if you choose to purchase something from one of the food trucks.

I’ll post some more photos in the comments with some of the things happening at the festival!

We’ll be there serving up pizza, so come enjoy the festivities and grab a bite while you’re there! 🍕🔥

🎃 Next week is Shawnee Fall Festival week! 🍂

For us, next week will be a busy one as we get our fire marshal inspection taken care of and spend the days leading up to the festival getting supplies and everything ready.

Last year’s Shawnee Fall Festival was so much fun for us and honestly a huge growth experience for Lumberjack. We’re excited to be back this year and see what this year’s festival brings!

If you’ve never been, definitely come check it out! All of the festivities are FREE, and there are tons of giveaways, candy, activities and all kinds of fun for the kids. Last year, it seemed like everyone walking around had bags full of goodies for their little ones!

We’ll see you October 3rd!
