Mark your calendars! We’re stoked to welcome Matt Neiss of North American Press to The Redwood to showcase his hybrid and native grape w**es! We’ve known Matt since our popup days and have always enjoyed chatting with him about how hybrids and Native American grape varietals fit into the conversations of w**e, agriculture, and climate change. You remember this beauty? Braised and lacquered beef cheeks with stone fruit romesco and sweet peppers?? Well we’ve transitioned to smoked spice crusted pork tenderloin with the same nutty stone fruit romesco and peppers but it won’t be around for much longer. Late summer produce is still thriving here in West County! Although we look forward to fall, we’ll try to enjoy these 80 degree days and rejoice in heirloom tomatoes, figs, and melons.

🍅Heirloom Tomato Salad - tomatoes Singing Frogs Farm , local cucumbers, Omer Seltzer Bulgarian style feta, toasted pistachios in olive oil, lime juice, summer herbs and our house “tajin” made with piment d’espelette, Urfa biber, black lime, sumac, and fresh lime zest

🍞Ricotta Tartine - house made ricotta, local fresh figs, smoked duck breast “bacon”, mint, and baharat on Route One Bakery & Kitchen sourdough

🍈Melon- local honeydew melons Hopyard (Graton, CA) and some local crane melon, seared halloumi cheese, oil cured black olives, pickled shallot, Greek basil Hopyard (Graton, CA)
