No Sugar Added Isn’t Just for People With Diabetes Anymore....
For years, “no sugar added” was often associated with people managing diabetes, following a keto lifestyle, or trying to meet a specific dietary need.
But that is changing.
Today, no sugar added has moved far beyond the “special diet” category and into everyday life.
People are simply becoming more intentional about what they eat, how much added sugar they consume, and what ingredients they bring into their homes.
That means no sugar added products are no longer being saved for one person at the table.
They are showing up on charcuterie boards, brunch spreads, party tables, dessert trays, family breakfasts, recipes, entertaining menus, and everyday snacks.
And that is exactly where my fruit curds belong.
A spoonful of Lemon Curd on a cheese board. Blackberry Curd paired with soft cheeses and nuts. Strawberry Curd swirled into yogurt or spooned over dessert. Peach Curd served alongside fresh fruit, pastries, or a favorite breakfast.
And I could mention a dozen dinner sauces and dressing you can make.
These are not “diet foods.”
They are delicious foods that just happen to give people another way to enjoy sweetness without all the added sugar.
What I love most is seeing my products become something everyone at the table reaches for, not because they have to, but because they genuinely love the taste.
No sugar added has gone mainstream.
And dessert, entertaining, and everyday eating are becoming better because of it.
I'm so here for it.
