The team has spent all day preparing- from rolling fresh egg noodles and breaking down hamachi to tasting sauces and getting every station ready. We’d love nothing more than to share that work with you.

At Ramie, our drinks look familiar enough—until the first sip. That’s when Vietnamese ingredients take over and turn a classic cocktail into something entirely its own.

We’re open at 5pm today.

Join us in the lounge all night with our full lounge menu available throughout service.

Eating out today is about more than just a meal—it’s about the experience. Great food, thoughtful service, and a sense of connection all play a part.

That’s why we put so much care into the things we make from scratch, from our house-made noodles to the many details behind each dish. For us, the process matters. Taking the time to do things intentionally helps us create food that reflects our values and the hospitality we want our guests to feel.
