The season’s final flourish ✨
Hidden beneath a bed of arugula, dressed summer squash offers an unexpected take on the classic Caesar. With Marco Polo cheese and golden croutons, it’s a celebration of the season’s final harvest.

Pacific halibut, pan roasted and served over our signature warm tomato vinaigrette, with finely diced summer squash and fresh basil. A simple expression of the season, thoughtfully prepared and built around ingredients at their peak.

The best parts of summer deserve a place at the table.

Sweet corn with chili, lime, and cilantro. Chili green beans with the Sungold tomatoes and crushed roasted almonds.

Two seasonal favorites that bring a little brightness to the table, whether you're pairing them with a steak, sharing a few sides, or building the perfect late-summer spread.

While summer's still here.

Two ways to toast the last stretch of summer🥂

The Southbound Suarez brings a little warmth with reposado tequila, amaro, lime, and cinnamon spice. The Riviera keeps things bright and breezy with Lillet Blanc, prosecco, lemon, and mint.

Smoky. Sweet. Savory.

Our Smoked Pork Chop is served atop creamy sweet corn grits, then finished with ripe seasonal peaches and fresh chives. The result is a dish that captures everything we love about summer in the Pacific Northwest.

10 years at The Butcher’s Table calls for a little time in the spotlight. 🥩✨

Yesterday, The Butcher’s Table owner Kurt Dammeier joined KING 5’s New Day Northwest to celebrate our anniversary week, sharing one of our favorite ways to enjoy extraordinary beef: a steak flight paired with two vibrant sauces, a bright chimichurri and smoky piquillo pepper sauce.

Thanks to Kelly Hanson for having us on and letting Kurt share the recipes (and a little of what makes The Butcher’s Table special).

Here’s to 10 years of great steaks, great company, and many more meals around the table.

Our Beef Fat Brioche has become a Butcher’s Table favorite for good reason: rich, buttery brioche served warm with salted butter. For this season, we’re pairing it with rhubarb jam, bringing a bright, tart contrast that cuts through the richness in all the right ways.

Simple, indulgent, and worth saving room for. ✨
