Cucumber toast: ricotta-topped thick cut toast with two types of cucumber, lemon-drenched fennel, pickled red onion, basil, mint, parsley, and Caesar dressing

Garden corn pizza: chimichurri base with black beans, roasted corn, red bell pepper, grape tomato, pickled red onion, feta cheese, cilantro, and lemon crema after bake
