We GRAIN'ed, we saw, we comerader'ed. 2026 GRAINMAKER! We wrapped up a great weekend in Spokane and Latah- albeit under a somber setting with wildfires and smoke all around. We brought supplies for aid and are pitching in money from last week as well. Thanks again to Stoup Brewing for organizing and the overwhelming support from our West-side communities!

Thanks for hosting us Brick West Brewing Co. LINC Malt Cold Stream Malt & Grain Co. ! We learned all about where our grain comes from and how important the local connection to our state communities are and how what we do is part of a far greater ethos than our little brewpub. Collab Alert! We'll be tapping our West Coast IPA, "FinSync," with Ravenna Brewing Co today in the taproom for the Grainmaker Festival in Spokane this Friday, Aug. 7th. This delightful IPA utilized LINC Malt and Cold Stream Malt & Grain Co. along with a great hop combo. We are joining forces with other Western WA breweries to support our friends, communities, and land impacted by wildfires. You can support by dropping pet food, non-perishable food items, and hygiene items at Halcyon through Thursday. We’re heading over to participate in Grainmaker Fest in Spokane on Friday and will ensure all items make their way! Additionally we’ll donate a portion of all beer sales between now and Thursday to support relief efforts. Please share and contribute as you are able, your generosity provides critical supplies to families, pets, and communities in need. 🫶

Double smashed house-seasoned patties, double American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, shaved red onion, house pickles, and our burger sauce — all stacked on a Grand Central brioche bun.
