🔥 We are happy to announce… El Cerro is almost here! 🔥

Seattle, the moment is finally coming. After watching so many vegan spots disappear, we are proud to bring something new, vibrant, and full of life to our community. 💚✨

El Cerro is getting ready to open its doors this July (exact date TBD), and we cannot wait to share what we’ve been building. 🌱

We are a Caribbean inspired coffee house rooted in Puerto Rican culture, honoring the traditions of the hills (“el cerro”) and serving a fully plant based menu that celebrates flavor, craft, and heritage. 🇵🇷☕️

Our soft opening will feature a limited menu while we finalize permits and settle into our new home in Capitol Hill (location TBD). Once everything is approved, we will expand quickly with even more offerings, more flavors, and more reasons to stop by. 🔥
