A feature of the NW Seattle coffee scene since 2019, Turtle Coffee offers an old-school, relaxed café atmosphere that the Crown Hill neighborhood proudly embraces. As a matter of fact, they were the highest-rated coffee shop in their area code last year! 🏆

If you have met Sally, the owner of Turtle Coffee, you’ll understand that her approach is what gives this café its character. Sally wanted to create a community space in a neighborhood she already cherished, guided by a straightforward purpose - quality coffee, a tidy shop, and a welcoming atmosphere. In the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, nestled between the Rio Sacumà and Rio Rancho Viejo, the Armas family farm has been operating for over 50 years. What began as Rosalia and her late husband’s local coffee business, has now grown into an international family operation. Across generations, the family remains committed to exceptional coffee and responsible farming, from careful wastewater management to shade trees that help protect the land.
