This potato & allium frittata is made with layers of thinly sliced potatoes, green onions, and leek scapes or garlic scapes (depending on what we find at the farmers market!)
The egg mixture incorporates green garlic purée for an extra flavor punch, and the crispy edges out of the oven add just the right texture. We won’t judge if you order a second piece to-go.
