Our day ones will remember our classic Pollo al Mattone aka whole roasted chicken under a brick.

Marinated for 24 hours in an olive oil and vinegar brine then cooked under a stone with fresh thyme, rosemary, garlic and pepper and once it's perfectly roasted we serve it over a bed of escarole and beans.

It's flavorful, filling without being heavy (especially on warm summer nights), and available now for you to enjoy!

The flavors come together from the Italian sausage, tender sirloin steak, boneless chicken thighs and sweet and spicy cherry peppers cooked in a vinegar sauce over roasted potatoes.

We've been told it's so good you might want to lick the plate after, we won't judge! 😊
