DoorDashing.
Since Covid, for many of us, it’s been the convenient way to get what we want, where we want. Lost has become the act of coming in, ordering, waiting, but that’s the world we live in.
For us at Bleu Collar Sammies, it’s been a Godsend. The ultimate way for us to get our food out into the world, for everyone to try if they’d like. You just open the app, and there we are.
But what I’ve really been noticing, is the names we see all the time, and some of you, damn near everyday. If you follow us here, you know who you are. And im writing this for you guys. So I’ve had this kid Sully working for me longer than anyone else. I’ve seen him grow so much in the last couple years, it’s really a great pride of mine how much he’s learned and grown. So when the boy asks me if we could open a little later on Mothers Day so he could use what I’ve taught him to make his mom breakfast, I agreed.

So we’ll be open at 9 tomorrow everyone. Happy Mothers Day!!!
