Lunch starts now.

This Labor Day, we’re opening the doors a little earlier as we officially welcome lunch to Indaco. Join us beginning at 11 a.m. for midday pastas, pizzas for the table, fresh salads, and plenty of reasons to gather.

And the best part? Lunch is here to stay. We can’t wait to spend more of the day with you at Indaco.

Meet Elizabeth Mathis, General Manager of Indaco!

For Elizabeth, hospitality has always been about people: the relationships built around the table, the teams behind each service and the feeling guests take with them when they leave.

After earning her bachelor’s degree from Belmont University, Elizabeth spent the past decade building her career in Nashville’s hospitality industry, developing strong teams and creating welcoming environments for guests and employees alike. She brings that same people-first approach to Indaco, where she is focused on cultivating a culture rooted in genuine hospitality, thoughtful leadership and a shared commitment to excellence, values at the heart of The Indigo Road.

Originally from Marianna, Florida, Elizabeth has a deep appreciation for the Panhandle and the communities that make this part of the state so special. Having watched the area evolve over the years, she’s excited to be back in a region she has long considered home and to be part of the growing Alys Beach and 30A community.

At Indaco, Elizabeth hopes to create the kind of place guests return to again and again, a gathering place for locals and visitors, made special by the people who fill it.

We’re grateful to have Elizabeth leading our team in Alys Beach and excited for you to continue getting to know her.
