I have been a fan of Chef Miles’ cooking for years. I am constantly inspired by his take on California produce and the seasons. Baby Bistro was one of my favorite meals of last year and I am very excited to cook with one of my favorite chefs in LA.

Chef Elijah will be serving up a personal menu (next slide) featuring the season’s best from our local farms and friends. And yes.. there will be caviar, truffles, and spiny lobster!

Kathryn is pairing the night with hand-selected champagne and amazing Mexican wine. Justin is showcasing his favorite producers with special mezcal flights and pouring exciting tequila, mezcal, & oaxacan rum cocktails.
