Our kitchen at The Corner Store has been getting busier, and we're looking for an experienced Cook / Kitchen Team Member to join our growing team!

We're looking for someone who:

✅ Has previous experience working in a restaurant or commercial kitchen.

✅ Can work in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Is comfortable preparing food, operating kitchen equipment, and working with ovens.

✅ Is reliable, responsible, and a team player.

✅ Has availability to work afternoons and weekends.

✅ Preferably speaks both English and Spanish (a plus, but not required!).

Our little neighborhood corner is getting its moment in the spotlight! 🎥 We'll be hosting a commercial film production, which means we'll be temporarily closed Sunday, October 18 through Sunday, October 25.

But before we roll the cameras, we have a little something for our amazing neighbors! 🧡

Our first V-Dubs & Vendors Pop-Up was such a success that we decided to do it again this November! ✌️🚐🛍️

This time around, we’re looking for specific types of vendors to help us create a fun and unique mix for the event.

✨ Only about 8 vendor spots available!

The kitchen at The Corner Store has been busy, and we’re looking for an experienced cook to join our team.

We’re hoping to find someone with previous kitchen experience who can work in a fast-paced environment, help with kitchen operations, and is comfortable using an oven. Afternoon and weekend availability is needed.

Speaking English and Spanish is a plus, but all qualified applicants are welcome to apply.

📚 Hey Pedro! Wondering What Happened to The Corner Store Book Share?

Don’t worry — we didn’t get rid of our little library! Well… technically, we did remove it, but for a very good reason. 😊

The original creators of The Corner Store Book Share offered to give it a much-needed makeover and bring it back to its original glory. It’s officially headed to the woodshop for some TLC so it can come back refreshed, restored, and ready to serve our community for many more years. ❤️📚

But we have one little dilemma… we have TONS of books waiting on our patio!

That’s where we need your help. Stop by The Corner Store and take a book, two books, or even a handful. Bring them home, enjoy them, share them with someone, and give these stories a new home.
