On the 25th anniversary of September 11, we remember the lives lost and the brave men and women who gave everything that day, and honor the first responders who continue to serve their communities every day.

Recently, we had the privilege of welcoming members of the Newport Beach Police Department to Heritage Barbecue for a meal. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve those who dedicate themselves to serving others.

Today, we remember, honor, and thank those who answer the call. 🇺🇸

Six years after opening our doors in San Juan Capistrano, we celebrated the ribbon cutting of our new expanded home, the historic 1880s Oyharzabal Barn. It was incredibly meaningful to mark the occasion surrounded by local ambassadors, community leaders, and many of the people who have supported us from the beginning.

More than 100 years old, the barn has been thoughtfully restored and repurposed, and this long-awaited expansion marks a new chapter for Heritage as we continue exploring the deep roots of California barbecue, live-fire cooking, and San Juan’s vaquero history.

Thank you to the San Juan Capistrano Chamber of Commerce and everyone who joined us for this special moment. We are so grateful to continue growing and building our future right here in the heart of San Juan Capistrano. ❤️
