breathe new life back into the iconic Depot building that was established in 1894. Commuters will delight in our new bakery concept that will complement our culinary program and offer “grab and go” goodies for their train journeys beyond. At Trevor’s At The Tracks, we are committed to the principles of sustainability and will strive to keep our ingredients and offerings as local as possible. Happy Farm Friday 🌻 This late summer sun is shining on our off-site farms! ☀️ Our farm dubbed “Strawberry Lane” is less than two miles from the restaurant and many fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs are being harvested daily and brought to our kitchen — many of which are making their way into dishes and cocktails across our summer menu… It doesn’t get much more locally acquired than that! 🌱
