The Half Shell did it again today. We ordered the Oysters Frederica and the Cajun Oysters, and both of them were flat-out good. The Frederica oysters came baked with spinach, bacon, shiitake mushrooms, panko, and an asiago cheese crust. The Cajun oysters were baked with Cajun butter, bacon crumbles, asiago cheese, and Cajun dust. They also brought us drawn butter and Cajun butter on the side, which sure didn’t hurt a thing. I don’t know if I could pick a favorite, but I can tell you this — lunch on St. Simons doesn’t get much better than that.
