Our importers do the work of building the relationships and bringing back lots like this one. Our job is cupping every batch that comes through, deciding what's worth roasting, and making sure the name behind the coffee doesn't get lost on the way to your cup.

We rely on trusted importers who go to Colombia and do the work of finding great coffees at origin.

From there, it's up to the team. We select and cup every lot before it earns a space in your restaurant/cafe.

Harvest season runs the whole community's calendar at 1,800+ meters. Cupping through those samples is how we make sure what lands in your shop actually holds up.
