Legacy Chocolates is dedicated to restoring the fine craft of real chocolate wherever discerning mouths are found. Our intent is to have everyone know about, and fall in love with the earth's most perfect food - REAL chocolate. Stop in and meet the owner, Chris Huset, who is a passionate producer and purveyor of chocolate. The St. Paul store was designed in a fashion that enables customers and passersby to view all the products from being made from start to finish - including all beverages, baking, and chocolate. Liberate your taste buds! They don't know what they've been missing.

Panna Cotta, meaning “cooked cream”, is a classic Italian dessert made with only a few ingredients: cream, milk, sugar, gelatin, and whatever flavor possibilities your mind can imagine! Think of pudding, but a bit more jiggly/wobbly. Naturally, we’ve flavored ours with the coffee you already love, but be on the lookout for more options in the near future!
