Tech Ridge Cafe Tech Ridge Cafe is located inside Dixie Technical College. Our cafe has mouth watering options for lunch from 10am to 3pm Monday through Thursday.

We even have weekly specials prepared by our world class culinary students. The view alone is worth a visit.

Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon with Chantrelle Mushrooms and a Corn and Garlic Confit

Seared Alaskan Halibut with French Lentils, Lump Crab Meat, and Creamed Spinach

New York Strip Steak Frites with Gruyere Sauce

Roasted Chicken with Confit Potatoes, Bacon Lardons and a Rosemary Jus

Each plate is priced at $10, and will be served Tuesday through Thursday 11am - 1pm while supplies last.

Exciting news!

Our Dixie Technical College Culinary Arts students are now to the portion of their program where they will be serving great specials in the cafe! This is a great opportunity for our students to learn how to work a food preparation line at a restaurant, and we need your help to keep them busy!

Specials will be served from 11am to 1pm, Tuesday through Thursday.

This week, the students are serving Breakfast plates priced at $8.
