This one deserves a post all its own! The Street Corn Pizza.

Enterprise corn roasted in the pizza oven, Chipotle crème fraiche, pickled onion, cilantro micros, pecorino, Aleppo pepper, and finished with cilantro lime crema!

We run this one every year while we can get local corn. Come get it before it’s gone!

Crushed cucumber and Enterprise corn salad. Pablano green goddess, everything bagel seasoning, and Thai basil.

The return of the Street Corn Pizza. Chipotle crema, enterprise corn, pickled reds, pecorino, Aleppo pepper, micro cilantro and lime.

This one goes quick!

Late summer primavera. Fresh rigatoni with late summer vegetables and a delicate lemon cream.

Dulce de leche cannoli. Dipped in dark chocolate and toffee. Dulce de leche ricotta, more dulce de leche, and sea salt.

Don’t sleep on this one.
